	Geothermal We are the leading installer of Geothermal heating and air conditioning systems on Long Island. The Federal Government is paying a total of 30% of our client's installations through the stimulus package. This rebate is available to everybody, regardless of the cost of the job and whether or not you have received stimulus money from other projects you have done.

	Zoning When it comes to zoning, we have over 25 years of experience. We have consistently purchased more zoning systems from our distributor than ANY of their other vendors. That means that our clients are getting the most efficient and adaptable systems available today.
