East Woods School - Oyster Bay, NY- Geothermal system design for new addition. Incorporating heat recovery systems as well as variable output multi-zone systems. Building wide ventilation.

Piping Rock Country Club - Locust Valley, NY - VRF heating and cooling system for ancilliary kitchen areas.

Bay Shore Medical – Bay Shore, NY – New construction design / build. Currently in design phase. System design & load calculations provided by Temp-Art Mechanical Inc. 161 East Main LLC.

High end Residential – 22,000 s.f. Ultra High end residential dwelling. Currently writing the specifications for the project as well as the design of the open loop Geothermal system. Special concerns for indoor swimming pool and two story garage with lift. Designing ultra high efficiency dwelling with fresh air recycling system. Project start date 11/07 – Aventura Construction

Starbucks – Corporate rollout of approximately 15 locations this year. Projects currently in design for Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Long Island. Project start dates throughout 2007.

Fairfield Realty – Re-design and retrofit of building control and energy management systems in 2 locations. Approximately 150,000 sf of office space in approximately 80 suites utilizing over 100 pieces of equipment to be controlled by a custom designed Carrier Premiere link control system with off site monitoring and maintenance.
