We are very happy to announce a strategic partnership with
ARGO Plumbing and Heating. This bond will increase the
collective services that both companies offer. "This has
been a great step forward for us, it will enable us to offer
full service plumbing services while at the same time
enabling ARGO the ability to offer full Mechanical

Mechanical Inc. The two companies boast 3 locations on the
island that enable them to accommodate clients as far north
as Westchester, as far south as Staten Island and as far
east as the Hamptons.

Our new telephone system is now up and running. You are
wondering how this affects you? We now have the ability to
expand our coverage and hours, while at the same time making
sure that EVERY call gets answered. We are looking forward
to integrating our telephone system with our website so you
will have another option to contact us. Our online
troubleshooter has gotten a facelift, so if you call after
hours, you will be guided through possible assistance that
may help you avoid a costly emergency service call. We will
also be connecting our three locations together via a
dedicated system that will ensure that every call gets
routed properly.

Temp-Art signs on as a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer with
special emphasis on design and installation of the
Mitsubishi City Multi line of ULTRA high efficiency air
conditioning and heating systems. The Mitsubishi line of
equipment has been around for long enough to have a
tremendous amount of clout in the industry, and the City
Multi adds to the line. The new line of equipment can offer
some of the MOST efficient air conditioning systems in the
world coupled with the quietest operation of ANY system
available today.
Mitsubishi has kept its eye on the ball, and it shows with
the new line of products. We look forward to helping
populate the New York metropolitan area with their products.

We recently attended some new training seminars and we will
be rolling out a new line of ULTRA HIGH EFFICIENCY air
conditioning and heating systems. Our dealership has grown
in the past couple of years, and we are proud to now be
offering the full Trane line of heating and cooling products
as well as the Daikin line of VRF systems. Stay tuned, it
will get more interesting from here.

Temp-Art gets the go ahead to design and start installing
Geothermal heating and cooling plant at the Piping Rock
Country Club in Locust Valley, NY. To date, we have already
started laying the foundation for what will be the MOST
efficient country club on Long Island. The geothermal wells
have already been set in the ground by R&L well drilling,
Inc. to provide the immense amount of ground water needed to
cool the equipment off. We will be delivering a 400gpm heat
exchanger and working closely with Graziose plumbing on the
implementation of the system. We look forward to the unique
challenges of retrofitting a system as such in an older
building with VERY stringent aesthetic requirements.
July 2008
We just commissioned our website developer with the task of
developing our new web presence. Work will be progressing
for the next couple of months. We will from time to time
have a temporary website up and running, but we hope to have
the completed system in place by the end of the year. We are
doing a lot more than just putting a new facade on our site,
we will be adding SKYPE integration along with a new VOIP
phone system that will enable our clients to get in touch
with us over an alternative medium. |
