Starbucks Coffee– Various Locations in Manhattan, NY - Renovation of existing spaces and installation of new heating and cooling systems. 2 Locations in south Manhattan, 2 in Harlem, 1 in Queens and 2 in Brooklyn.

Veterinary Hospital – Malvern, NY – Renovation of existing building and new construction of Veterinary Hospital. Design / Build and modifications to engineering specifications. Installation of VVT system and Carrier Premiere Link building control system. Installation of clean room system for operating suite. DiCosimo Construction

Hess Gas Station – Kings Park, NY – New construction installation of heating and air conditioning systems. Island Pump & Tank.

BP Gas Station – Brooklyn, NY – New construction installation, bid / spec. Aventura Construction.

7 Story Mixed Use – Brooklyn, NY – New construction, Design build. Air conditioning, Heating & Ventilation systems. Aventura Construction.

Mc Donalds – Retrofit and replacement of equipment on existing location in Ronkonkoma, NY. Manufacture and installation of adapter roof curbs for new equipment. Electrical extension and re-connection.

Richner Communications – Design and installation of 93 Tons of Heating and Cooling systems. Installation of energy recovery ventilation and economizers. Open form design with over 4,000’ of spiral ductwork. Digital control and management system.

East Woods School - Oyster Bay, NY- Geothermal system design for new addition. Incorporating heat recovery systems as well as variable output multi-zone systems. Building wide ventilation.
