We do the Near Impossible

We have been asked to do many very interesting projects. That being said, it didn't come as a great surprise when we were invited to enter a bid to replace the air conditioning and heating system at the Fair Harbor Fire department on fire island. When we found out that we were the ONLY company in fact to accept the challenge we were very pleased. When we found out the logistical constraints we were baffled. One thing you have to know about fire island is that it is an island that is accessible on both ends by a sand road. This road is shut down to traffic for the entire summer, and only a handful of vehicles were allowed on the island during the winter (ours wasn't one of them). We put our thinking caps on, and decided the best way to get our machinery and manpower to the island would be to ship it there like a big tool box. And so we did... We were able to transport our truck via the ferry and park the vehicle along side the firehouse which was only about 300 feet away. It was a pretty ingenious plan, and it worked flawlessly!

So, to answer your question...Yeah, we go there!
