Institutions are our specialty.

Over the past few years, we have developed a great relationship with several institutions on Long Island. One such institution is the Piping Rock Country Club. We were recently asked to design and install a Geothermal based makeup air system for their kitchen. It was quite an undertaking because we were also designing the overall system to eventually convert the entire building over to Geothermal heating and cooling. Below are some of the pictures that show the unique situations that we find ourselves in from time to time. We had to install a 10,000 CFM intake fan in the basement of the main club building. There was no other way to get it in...so we dug a hole!

In addition to the fresh air system, we also converted the refrigeration systems that kept the kitchen refrigerators and freezers running to a Geothermal system.
